To make a reservation, please contact us.

Confirmation Deposit

A deposit of 30% is required within 14 days of your initial booking. Our receipt of your 30% deposit of the total amount guarantees that space is reserved for you. Payment may be made by cash, bank cheque, debit card or credit card (Bankcard / Visa / Mastercard).

Cancellations

Standard industry cancellation fees apply to all bookings:

• Cancellation 14-30 days prior to booking date: 50% of deposit.
• Cancellation from 14 days to booking date: 100% of deposit.

We are a small business, and cancellations affect us greatly.

Balance

The balance due on your accommodation is payable at the time of check-in. Please note:  Tariffs are NOT refundable should your stay be cut short.

Pets

Out of courtesy to those who do not appreciate animals or have allergies, we do not allow pets.

Arrival / Departure

Standard check-in time is 2:00 pm.

Standard check-out time is 10:00 am.

Earlier check-in and later check-out times by prior request may be arranged if possible.
